This happened past 6 months, let me tell you about because I was really surprised.
For the context, past few months, I’ve dive into the Technical Support & Sales into Portugal. Teleperformance is a company which give the opportunity to get a tremplin at international. And if you are on a good project (the most important), it can change everything.
How it started
Going to Lisbon, appartment “given” (deducted from salary but nothing compared to the price of the market), getting a training, a nesting and then work on a project as long as it’s signed. The deal is really good for a tremplin, so yes.
My project was Adobe. Which was crazy because imagine, I’m building my micro ai agents, I know and don’t know how to sell it (only did services B2B past few years), and a company accept to integrate me into a project like this at international dimension (usually companies don’t like side projects in France).
So first weeks (8) : training. Then you go in the arena. Ask a lot of questions, create your own bible of good practices, learn apply, learn apply, learn apply with good clients (target of Adobe is really inspiring). In an open space (this is the worst honestly. Open space into an activity where concentration & focus are required, but really formative and handable for few months).
