I ran two AIs at once this week. Here’s what actually shipped. You are not ready for this cool craziness.
A pricing engine with a live formula, not a spreadsheet. A full auth system, three providers deep. A payment migration, mid-flight, with zero downtime. A gamified progression system with its own economy. A legal framework. A working dashboard. All in one week. All still standing.
How it started
How it’s going (5 days later !)
Here’s the part that actually matters : I didn’t write most of this. I directed it, and this, is the real revolution.
The setup
Two AIs, two different jobs.
One thinks with me – pricing logic, design calls, copy, the “does this actually make sense” layer. The other has hands on the real thing : real database, real Stripe account (connecteurs are everything !), real code, real deploys.
Split the brain from the hands. That’s the unlock.
The proof, not the vibes
The pricing curve. Not three flat tiers — a live formula, price = k × credits^n, tuned point by point until 100 credits hit $5.91 and 2,200 hit $79.90 with nothing forced. When I wanted a number that didn’t fit the curve, the answer wasn’t “fine, force it” — it was recompute, verify, then decide. That discipline is the whole game.
The progression system. Credits you spend. A streak bonus that only grows if you actually show up. XP that never resets, the one number that’s just proof of everything you’ve ever finished. Three mechanics, three different jobs, zero overlap. The second two of them start doing the same thing, one of them is dead weight.
The migration nobody sees. Moved the entire auth layer off Mongo onto Postgres, live, mid-build. It found a bug Mongo had been quietly ignoring for months — a field that shouldn’t have existed, invisible until a stricter database refused to accept it. Caught, fixed, shipped. That’s the AI-with-hands layer doing exactly what it’s for: catching what I’d have missed.
The part that’s actually new
Not “AI writes code fast.” Everyone’s said that already.
The real shift : one AI holding the why, one AI holding the how, and me sitting exactly at the seam between them, checking every handoff before it touches anything real. Skip that check once,on a price, on a database write, on anything with money attached, and speed stops being an advantage.
That’s not automation. That’s leverage with a human still gripping the wheel.

Dashboard’s live. Auth’s live. Pricing’s live. Avatar system’s live. Legal pages drafted, pending a real lawyer’s eyes because I’m not one and I won’t pretend to be.
